The finance control diagnostic collects business contact and workflow metadata to generate and email the report requested by the visitor. Do not submit financial records, account numbers, tax identifiers, credentials, or confidential values.

What the diagnostic collects

The form collects work email, company, role, company and finance-team ranges, selected finance systems, entity and GST-registration counts, directional close estimates, the chosen starting workflow, and an optional short description of the operating problem.

How the information is used

Ray uses the submitted metadata to calculate the on-screen diagnostic, email the requested report, notify the Ray pilot inbox, prevent duplicate delivery, and follow up about a relevant pilot. The initial diagnostic does not upload or analyse ledgers, invoices, bank records, GST returns, or payment data.

Service providers and retention

The website is hosted on Vercel and transactional reports are delivered through useSend (formerly Unsend). Those providers process request and delivery metadata under their respective terms. Report emails and delivery records may remain in the recipient mailbox, Ray pilot inbox, and provider activity history until deleted under the applicable retention process.

Product analytics and cookies

This launch does not install advertising trackers or product cookies. Essential hosting and security logs may be created by the hosting and email providers.
